Self Care Sunday YIN with Stacey
sunday 6-7pm /7:30-8:pm
Unwind your weekend with this all-levels, slow paced meditative style of yoga. Stop and slowdown in this 60-minute grounding practice. Allow the body to soften, find ease, and release tension before starting your week again. Leave more relaxed and feel the benefits of yin yoga well beyond the mat – improved sleep, reduced stress & anxiety, increased circulation, release stored emotions, build strength and perseverance.
It's a Vibe with Cassie
Monday 7-8pm
Get your stress out here, heal, breathe, love; this is a safe space that welcomes all community members at all different levels of experience. You can show up with whatever Monday vibes are following you and leave them all at the door or bring them to your mat, you decide. We’ll find movement, we’ll sit with our breath and we’ll let the stress fade away, allowing ourselves to "just be" all to the beat of soulful music and connection vibes.
Mat and Chat Parent and Baby Yoga and Group with Cassie
Thursday 9-10:15am
Get out of the house to enjoy a beginner friendly flow for you and your little one (recommended for parents with newborn to pre-walking babies). Our yoga class will be 45 minutes of gentle movement (for both you and baby) followed by a half hour parent group where we welcome a safe space to chat about everyday parent struggles, learn new tips and of course have a laugh. Though postnatal concerns may be brought up, fathers and guardians are graciously welcomed (and encouraged) to this group; always a safe space for breastfeeding too.
Yoga Evolve with Sarah
wednesday 7:30-8:30pm
This class is the perfect mid week pick me up. Each week we will connect with our breath and flow through a series of postures to help strengthen the muscles, open the body and release stress. You will feel both challenged by the practice and blissed out with a long savasana making it the perfect addition to your week . This is an intermediate class with some yoga experience required.
Gentle Flow with MamaDee (Lynn)
tuesday 6-7 pm
‘Focus on the the Journey rather than the Destination’ is the theme of this class. It’s about moving gently and mindfully through yoga postures in order to find strength and ease in each pose. It’s about using the healing power of breath to help get you there. We focus on foundation, breath and movement as the fundamentals of a successful/effective Yoga practice. Gentle Flow is beginner friendly with modifications offered for those wanting to challenge/deepen/strengthen their practice.
Rise and Shine All Level and Beginner with Alesia

Begin your day with intention with mindful breathing in this gentle flow class. This foundational class is perfect for beginners looking to start a yoga practice, and great for all level yogis looking to enhance or build on their practice and poses structurally. With brief intention setting for the day, a gentle wakeup flow with a focus on yoga foundations, and ending the class with a relaxation wind down, you will leave ready to take on your day. If your wondering what could possibly make the weekend any better, come check out this class.
Yinstorative Yoga & Meditation with Sandy

A total release for your nervous system.
This gentle yoga class is a balanced hybrid of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Practice begins with breath-work, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-8 minutes. You are then led through prop-supported restorative postures for deeper physical relaxation, and a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who want to de-stress, and cultivate a peace of mind, body, and soul. All bodies are welcome.
Seasonal Shifts with Tyla
Thursday 6-7pm
Embrace the natural rhythm of the changing season with our Seasonal Shift Yin Inspired Yoga class, a practice designed to align your body and mind with the changing energies of nature. As the seasons transition, so do our bodies, minds, and emotions. This class offers a gentle yet profound way to honor these shifts, inviting you to slow down, reflect, and restore. Through long-held, passive Yin postures, we will focus on releasing tension, cultivating stillness, and creating space for new intentions to emerge. Each class will incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle stretching to support your body's natural needs and rhythms.
The Wellness Session with Cassie

Experience a variety of mental, spiritual, emotional and physical wellness activities at The Loft Yoga and Wellness studio every Saturday evening from 7-8:30pm for six weeks starting January 13, 2024.
There are times in life that we can feel stuck, heavy, alone or unfulfilled… things aren’t always easy and you aren’t alone. Looking inward, this is a course for you to learn more about yourself, to obtain new life skills, coping skills and make new connections.
Here will gain knowledge around building and maintaining healthy relationships (including yourself), setting boundaries, self-care, positive body image and much more. We will be touching on different coping mechanisms such as journaling, gratitude, goal setting, relaxation, yoga and community resources.
This program promotes the health and wellness of everyone and anyone on their journey of self discovery. It encourages increased self-esteem, self-love, a sense of community and internal empowerment.
This 6 week session investment is $210. Trades of goods and services are considered. Preregistration is required as there is limited space available. Included in your session is a workbook with said material and other related information, a journal, a gift and a sense of connection with others in our welcoming safe space; The Loft Yoga and Wellness Studio.
Goodmorning with Shyrina
Tuesday 10-11am
This class will be a gentle way to wake your body up, slow your breath and align through intentional movement and deep stretching. All levels of experience are welcome. Enjoy your breath, work towards a goal, or come and experience something new. Through this class you will learn to trust your body and have the space to take what you need, and leave the rest behind.
Strength and Sweat with Sarah Mullen
Thursday 7:30-8:30
This class is a full body workout, using body weight and bands, combining strength and cardio. We will start with a cardio session to elevate the heart rate and get us sweating. We will then move into a resistance training session, to help strengthen muscle and build endurance. All levels are welcome - modifications will be shown to provide lower impact versions. Leave class feeling the benefits of elevated serotonin and spending an hour on your self care.
